What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have reasonable rates and don’t Mark up parts am willing to work with a customer to be sure they are completely satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I work with my clients to help decide the best and most cost effective way to resolve their issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Manufacturer training for Ricoh, Canon, Konica-Minolta and Samsung I have 30 years experience in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I knew I was an engineer at the age of 13. My father expressed his insight for me to plan a career in electro-mechanical. He was right all along.

What types of businesses have you worked with?

I have worked with law enforcement, churches, major corporations, schools and private residential clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my major account clients has a t-shirt business. He has 4 wide format machines the size of cars. He only had one machine working. We got 2 up and running and his production has tripled. The client reported to me that he had the best month in sales ever!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are working with someone who is willing to provide you with reliable references.
